Ratio: 50% Arabica beans / 50% Robusta beans

This Neapolitan classic has an intense chocolate aroma and a pleasant sweetness at the end. The 50% Robusta beans produce an excellent thick cream.

The BLU blend (from the VENDING line) is also low in acidity and at the same time very full-bodied. Thanks to the gentle, drier roast, this line from Caffè Borbone is perfectly suited to the fully automatic machine, as the beans are not roasted as strongly and oily. But of course, you can prepare it just as well in the portafilter. Whether espresso or cappuccino, the Linea BLU is tasty everywhere.
